From rubbish disposal site to a fabulous stadium.

The Spirit of Highbury.

As an Arsenal Football Club fan, I was so excited when I had the opportunity to visit The Emirates Stadium last month.  It's like a dream come through.

Emirates Stadium was officially opened in 2006.  The third largest football stadium in England after Wembley and  The Old Trafford.

It takes few minutes walking from Holloway Tube Station to the stadium.

The maximum capacity for this fabulous stadium is 60,272 seats.

Armoury is the main shopping outlet situated on the west side of the stadium.

Souvenirs such t-shirts, jerseys, jackets, fridge magnets and many memorabilia for gunners fans to buy.

Numerous possible selection of gifts and garments. Price wise very fair.

My wife and I have had a wonderful day shopping at the armoury.

One of the legend statue Thiery Henry.  He scored 228  goals in all competitions.

Arsenal players name dedicated on the pavement of the Emirates.

Mural of 32 Arsenal greats on the outside wall of the Emirates Stadium.

Me posing on the west side of the stadium' that cost 490 m GBP to complete.

My wife and I posing on the south bank of the stadium adjacent to Benwell Road.

Do you dare to be the next Manager?
